Revisely began as an educational website for UK students preparing for their exams. Since then, it has transformed into a global platform that empowers both students and professionals. Our platform leverages AI technology to generate high-quality resources for self-study and teaching, catering to a worldwide audience seeking to enhance their learning and instructional capabilities.
Do you offer any packages for schools or companies?
We make it easy to sign up and subscribe in bulk. If your school or organization will require thirty users or more, please get in touch to find out more information and get a quote.
How do I change my email address or password?
To change your details, please follow these steps:
- Go to My Account
- Fill out the details you would like to change
- Click the "Change Email" or "Change Password" button
I've forgotten or lost my password
Visit forgot password and fill out your details. Please wait up to 30 minutes to receive the email and check your spam/junk folder. If this fails, please try a second time. If you're still having trouble please contact us.
I've forgotten or lost my email address
Please contact us and provide as many of the following that you can:
- Your username
- A list of email addresses you may have used
- If subscribed, the date, time and country you are from. Please check your bank account or PayPal to get the exact time
Billing
Are there any discounts or coupons available?
We do not usually provide any discounts or coupons as our subscriptions already at the lowest price we can offer.
How do I know my payment is secure?
All payments are handled by our partner Stripe - the largest online payment provider in the world. During checkout, you will be redirected to their billing portal, where you can complete the payment with a debit/credit card, Link or PayPal. Revisely does not have have access to your card details and our staff will never ask for them.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit/credit card, Link and PayPal.
When I subscribe, am I bound to a contract or can I cancel at any time?
You are not bound to a contract and may cancel at any time until the day your subscription renews. After cancelling, you will not be charged again.
How can I update my billing details?
To make changes to your billing details:
- Go to My Account and scroll down until you see your subscription
- Click "Update Billing Details"
- You will be redirected to our payment provider where you can make the changes you need
How can I switch from a monthly to annual subscription?
To switch from monthly to annual, please follow these steps:
- Go to My Account and cancel your current subscription
- Once cancelled, the subscription options will show again on the main page for the generator you have cancelled
- Subscribe to the annual package
How can I cancel my subscription?
If there's anything you're unhappy about please reach out to us and we will be happy to help. If you would still like to cancel, please do the following:
- Go to My Account and scroll down until you see your subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- After confirming, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will not be charged again
My renewal payment failed. Can I try again?
If you have a failed payment, please go through the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Resolve the reason for the failed payment. This is usually related to your bank account such as a lack of funds.
- Go to My Account and scroll down until you see your subscription
- Click "Retry Payment"

Which type of files are supported?
For creating flashcards, we support images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg), PDFs (.pdf), Word documents (.docx) and PowerPoints (.pptx).
How can I save a flashcard pack?
Flashcard packs are saved automatically and can be accessed in Your Library
How can I combine two flashcard packs together?
You can combine two flashcard packs by following these steps:
- Open one of the two flashcard packs. You can find them in Your Library.
- Click the
icon and select "Combine" - Select the name of the other pack that you would like to combine this pack with
- Click "Add"
- Go back to Your Library and select the other pack. This pack should contain flashcards from both packs.
How can I export my flashcards to work with other flashcard apps?
You can export your flashcards to work with Anki or other apps by following these steps:
- Open the pack you would like to export. You can find your packs in Your Library.
- Click the
icon - To export to Anki, click Anki. For other apps, click text. Most apps have a section for text-based importing.
How can I print my flashcards?
You can print your flashcards by following these steps:
- Open the pack you would like to print. You can find your packs in Your Library.
- Click the
icon - Select the options you would like to use and click "Print"
How can I generate flashcards from a physical textbook or document?
You can use real world material to generate flashcards by following these steps:
- Click the "Image" tab at the top of the flashcard generator
- If you are on a computer: Scan the QR code with your phone to take or select a photo. You can also upload a photo from your computer if you have one ready.
If you are on mobile or tablet: Click the upload section and select or take a photo - Flashcards should be created. Repeat these steps for any subsequent pages you would like to generate from.
Do you support other languages?
You can create flashcards from over 50 languages. To see which languages are available, click the "Options" button at the top of the flashcard generator. From here you can select the language you would like to use.
Can I use the content generated for educational or commercial purposes?
Yes. All content generated by the flashcard generator is free to use in any way you like, including commercially.

How does it work?
The AI Notes & Documents Generator uses AI to create and edit written content, much like how a person would write. At first, it studied a lot of information to get really good at understanding how language works and is put together. This allows it to effectively handle the text prompt you provide. Additionally, it can pick out important parts from content you upload, using this to build sentences and paragraphs that fit well in the context, making the text it produces quick and convincingly human-like.
Which type of files are supported?
You can either write a prompt or upload a file. When using a file we support images (.png, .jpg, .jpeg), PDFs (.pdf), Word documents (.docx) and PowerPoints (.pptx).
Do you support other languages?
You can create a note or document using content from over 50 languages. The content will be in the same language you provide and we recommend trying it out for free to see if your language is supported. We also support translating to Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
